A review of Austrian Airlines Business Class Frankfurt-Vienna. An excellent flight. Really impressive to be served a hot meal on a one-hour flight and both the food and drinks were excellent. Great attentive and personalised service from the purser and a punctual departure and landing. This was a truly superb experience with Austrian.
VIE-LAXBoeing 777-200ER19 July 2022. After walking past a single row of business class, it was 3 rows of premium economy in a 2-4-2 configuration. I had seat 22K on the right side of the plane. seat 22K. The seat’s back cushion and seat padding were decently hard but bearable.

A one-way fare on Austrian from ORD to VIE is $6,051, while a round trip is $8,500 in business class. You can do LOT one way for about $2,800 and Austrian does have fare sales. United charges 70,000 miles so using the one way fare, the redemption value is 8.6 cents. A round trip would be 6 cents. All great redemption values. Ticketing Process:
